Social Media & Mobile Marketing
In the Social Media & Mobile Marketing course, our client was MB Bank, and their requirement was to develop a marketing strategy introducing new innovative features for their application, called MBBank.
Task
In the team of 6, we are assgined to build a launching marketing strategy for the cilent new app's features and showcasing it by a video of using the prototypes and mockups.
What I did
Our team first learned about the client, MB Bank, and then studied their customers to come up with the big idea and new app features based on their insights. We finally decided to create an AI to support customers while they are making transfers, as it is sometimes too complicated for the consumers.
Since there are many tools to make prototypes of the new features, we chose Canva for the designing app's interface and Marvel and Miro to create the prototypes.
What I learned
After the course, I understand that being a Marketer is surrounded by not only campaigns and data research but also the UX and UI in building mobile apps and other channels, as well as applications for making prototypes.
The result
Although the result did not come out as expected, I am still proud of the work since I able to learn and know lots of new applications for planning and sketching prototypes and mockups, which could come in handy for my future career path as a Digital Marketer.
