Event Management

Our main task, pretending as an event agency, is to plan out everything for a scientific and academic event, containing the date và place of the event, event's vision, promotional material, project plan, run sheet, budget etc. Then, we presented to the lecturer as she is our client. 

I was in charge of the Design Management of the event, meaning that I am responsible for all of the desgining material including event theme, program desgin, catering desgin and event website (event e-portfolio). Moreover, I also help other teamates in caculating event budget and prepare for possible risk that could happen to the event. 

I learned that planning and creating an event is harder than I thought but I have learned new skills in creating a website by Wix; photo editing by using Adobe Photoshop and Canva, and apply it to make my e-portfolio as well as producing images to come along with the content while doing the internship.

The result was very good and right at what we were aiming at that time (a DI) and our event was the most detailed and planned one of out the class. Although the website was too simple but we managed to delivered the event's idea while pitching.
