Kyons
Kyons was the company I do my internship at. It is a B2B2C organization that specializes in EdTech, an AI-powered learning platform that helps students focus on their weaknesses to attain the best results in the shortest time. Although it was just 4 months, I have learned a lot and gained more experience while working at Kyons.

Task
My main job while working at Kyons was to do strategic planning for the launching campaign, and redesign the company's website. Moreover, I also need to communicate with potential customers and handle the current ones.
What I did
To give the best result in strategy planning, I study the brand equity and look back at the company's past activities to understand what is the company's vision, and who the audiences are. Regarding external communications, I do research on Kyons's target audiences and approach the students' NGOs/Clubs to look for potential customers and networking opportunities.
What I learned
I learn that professional communication is such a hard job to accomplish because you need to thoroughly understand the company's equity to talk and persuade customers to gain trust in the company.
The result
Besides successfully launching the campaign, I was able to build connections with over 10 NGOs/Clubs in HCM and Hanoi and recruit over 1000 users to join Kyons Open Beta phase.
